Zorya Luhansk head coach Viktor Skrypnyk about the difficult game against Polissia:
- As they say, everyone saw everything. In the first half, we conceded a goal from a Polissia half-chance. In the second half, we did everything to avoid defeat. We changed the game a bit, started taking risks. The game between the lines was important, which was not enough in the first half.
Substitutions play a big role. We brought on players who are focused on attacking. We created pressure and chances, but did not equalize. We took risks, did not look at the score at the end, ran forward.
I liked the fact that we played football against a good team. We didn't sit down, we tried to fix the situation. We pressed the opponent, but did not score. The game consists of 90 minutes, not 45.
We have two difficult matches ahead of us. We will tune in for the maximum result.
